Please note that this is an appointment request form, not a confirmed appointment. Once your request has been submitted, Kristina will review the information and follow up with you via email to discuss your design, confirm availability, and answer any questions before your appointment is finalized.
How Event Appointments Work
To ensure a great experience for everyone attending our events, we reserve only 30% of our available tattoo spots for advance appointments. The remaining availability is intentionally left open for walk-in clients on the day of the event.
Submitting this form does not guarantee an appointment. Requests are reviewed in the order they are received and are subject to artist availability, event capacity, and design suitability.
Deposits
If your appointment request is approved, you'll receive a $50 deposit invoice. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
The $50 deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo on the day of your appointment.
We can't wait to tattoo with you and appreciate your understanding as we balance appointments with the spontaneous, festival-style experience that makes the Tattoo Bus so special!
Due to the safety and security of flash designs we don’t post all of our designs on the web. We have about 40+ sheets with a WIDE range of styles. From fine line florals, to bold neo-trad, & outdoorsy fun. We even create a custom sheet for music festivals & special events. Part of the fun is picking something out on site! We know that the internet demands immediacy but we prefer to do quality tattoos with great customer service. You are welcome to stop by the bus a bit earlier than your appointment or when attending an event to flip through the book! If you would like to see some completed flash please follow this link.
